Every year, the Tacony community comes together for a few special events. One of these is the Fall for Tacony Festival, held annually on the Saturday before Halloween. Tacony has had many versions of this celebration over the years, but one thing is for sure—there will always be a costume contest!
This is just one of the trophies won at the costume contest.
